Dear Athletes, Coaches, Parents and friends,
On behalf of the entire ISL community, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all athletes, coaches, parents and spectators. We are honoured to host this NECIS event and look greatly forward to the exhibition of sportsmanship, teamwork and exciting competition.

COURSE CONDITION/

​The course is a mix of dirt path (more than 50%), grass and a very small section of asphalt at the bike path crossings. At the moment, even the natural (dirt) paths are solid because of dry weather conditions. November tends to make the course more wet, so spikes may and can be worn (best short ones), but not necessary.

Every runner will receive a tournament patch.
Medals will be awarded to all runners finishing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in their age group.
Ribbons will be awarded to all runners finishing in 4th till 10th position in their age group.
Team trophies will be awarded to those schools finishing in 1st place in their age group.
Overall team trophies will be awarded to those teams finishing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Those teams must have a runner in U12G, U12B, U14G, U14B, 14+G, 14+B.

A packed lunch will be provided by ISL from Eurest. Additional snacks will be on sale during the event and a food truck will be available for spectators.

STUDENTS/

Tournament participants and their parents will be informed by their AD as to where they are staying.
