WELCOME/

Welcome to the 2023 Cross Country Tournament. For the first time we are running a two day event with the NECIS tournament on the Friday and relay cross country team races on the Saturday.

10:30 | walk the course (optional)

11:00 | Coaches Meeting

11:30 | 5K Race =  U16 boys + O16 boys (45 minutes)

12:15 | 5K Race = U16 Girls + O16 Girls(45 minutes)

13:00-13:45 | Lunch pause

14:00 | 4K Race =  U14 Boys + U14 Girls(45 minutes)

14:45 | 3K Race = U12 Boys + U12 Girls(30 minutes)

15:30 | Approx depart

SATURDAY/

12:00-12:45 | Lunch pause
