Welcome to St. John’s! On behalf of our school community, it is my pleasure to welcome all athletes, coaches, and parents to the NECIS Varsity Volleyball and Football Tournaments. We are excited to host this event for the second time. We look forward to talented young athletes and supportive families coming together to celebrate sport, teamwork, and the unique spirit of NECIS competition. Over the coming days, our campus will be buzzing with energy, and we are honored to share our school and our city with you.

As we begin, let us remember that these tournaments are about more than just the results on the scoreboard. They are about playing with passion, respecting one another, and embracing the joy that comes from fair and spirited competition. We encourage everyone—players, coaches, and spectators alike—to uphold the values of fun, fair play, and respect, which make NECIS events so special. We wish you an unforgettable experience, full of exciting games, new friendships, and lasting memories here in Waterloo.
