Dear Athletes, Coaches, and Parents,

On behalf of Antwerp International School, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 NECIS Track & Field Championships here in beautiful Antwerp, Belgium. We are honored to host this exciting event and to bring together talented young athletes for a weekend of competition, sportsmanship, and celebration.
 

Over two days, you will experience the energy and spirit that make track & field so special. You will often see athletes from different schools cheer for each other. Our goal is to create an environment where every athlete can compete with pride, demonstrate positive sportsmanship, and build lasting memories. We are grateful to the coaches for their dedication in preparing their athletes, and to the parents for the support and encouragement you provide throughout the season.
 

Antwerp International School is committed to offering a warm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all visiting teams. Our staff, volunteers, and student helpers are here to assist you in any way possible—whether you need directions, information, or simply a friendly face.
 

We hope you enjoy not only the tournament, but also the opportunity to explore Antwerp—a city rich with culture, history, charm and CHOCOLATE. May this championship weekend be filled with great performances, new friendships, and moments that will stay with you long after the competition finishes.
